Booking
How do I book?
Use the drop-off form: tell RT what the car is doing, add your vehicle, pick a weekday and morning or afternoon, and leave your name and phone number. It takes about a minute.
Book a drop-offIs my booking confirmed right away?
No. The form sends a request. RT calls or texts you to confirm the time, so keep your phone handy.
Can I get in the same day?
You can pick today in the form until 4 PM on a weekday. RT will call to see if they can fit you in.
I’d rather talk to someone.
